SHIPPING/RETURN POLICY

We will ship all products within 2-3 business days. Sometimes special circumstances arise and shipping may take a bit longer. If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way we will contact you by phone or email.
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier it has to be claimed with that carrier. We will replace defective merchandise but cannot be held liable for the actions of the freight carrier.
Our company offers only the finest products available and we make every effort to meet your high standards for quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable shipping and exceptional customer service. If you should experience a problem, question or concern, please contact us immediately.
- All merchandise is guaranteed for 60 DAYS from original date of purchase.
- Some of our merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty .
- We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the
60 day warranty period.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
- Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
- The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate " return shipping address".
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
- You may Sign In and select Return Status to obtain the current status of your return.
- You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
- No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
- IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our online Return Authorization process.
- To get an RA number log in, then select the "Return Authorization Form" link from the "My Account" tab and follow the instructions.
- When you have finished the RA form you will receive an RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
- Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
